At LIORA, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all our press-on nails. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or select the wrong nail size.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged product, a missing item, or the wrong design/size from our end, we will gladly offer a free replacement or exchange.
Timeframe: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect product showing it is unused and in its original packaging.
